Defending DeFazio

I represent U.S. Representative Peter DeFazio in a sort-of-defamation lawsuit filed against him by his opponent in the last 2 general elections, Art Robinson. The hearing on out anti-SLAPP motions will be heard in Curry County Circuit Court (in Grants Pass) on March 18, 2013. Here is a news article about the case:
